01 · anti theft
Leave it on the table. Whoever grabs it ends up in a photo.
Put your iPhone or iPad down, the countdown starts and from then on it keeps watch by itself. At the first movement the siren goes off, the screen jumps to full brightness, on iPhone the flashlight strobes too, and the front camera photographs whoever picked it up, twice.
Only you can turn the siren off, with your face, your fingerprint or your passcode. Anyone who tries to silence it with the side button finds the siren still blaring, and turning the volume down sets off the alarm.
02 · the taps
Give it a tap. It talks back.
It's the same sensor you just tried up there, inside a real app. Six sound packs, from the police radio of THE GUARDIAN to the purring of CATS, change with how hard you tap, the circle shifts from green to red and every tap has its own voice. Your friends will all fall for it.

04 · questions
What people ask.
How much is it?
Downloading it is free, with three taps a day and two anti-theft tests. When you want it all, the lifetime license is €9.99 one time, unlocked inside the app.
Does it work with the screen locked?
The alarm works with the app open and the screen on, like when you leave your phone charging on the table. Whoever grabs it and locks it with the side button hears the siren keep blaring, until you turn it off.
Where do the photos go?
They stay on your iPhone or iPad and, when you choose, in Photos too. No photo ever goes through SlapMeNow servers.
Does it work on iPad too?
Yes, the app is made for iPad as well, in portrait and landscape. It needs iOS 17 or later, on iPhone and iPad alike.
Does the license cover iPhone and iPad?
Yes. With the same Apple Account the lifetime license unlocks by itself on all your iPhones and iPads, and inside the app you'll find "Restore purchase".
Why does it want the volume up?
To arm it the volume has to be at least 80%, so the siren can be heard across the room. And whoever turns it down while it's armed sets off the alarm.
